OUR ELDERS
The Elders Ministry helps shepherd the church by leading, teaching, & protecting.
- To serve in this ministry, men are selected by the current group of Elders and affirmed by the church congregation.
- The Lead Pastor is the Lead Elder of this team. Lay Elders make up the majority of this team.
- Each elder has a group of families within the church to shepherd and be available to for ministry.
- As a team, these men meet to discuss the direction of the church (Vision) and make sure the teaching, preaching, and ministries of the church are sound in theology.
- Decisions are made unanimously on this team.

OUR DEACONS
The deacons are servants of the church and help the elders minister and respond to family needs and also ministry team needs. They carry no decision-making role within the church government. Deacons are nominated by the church and serve on a three-year rotation.
