Guilty - Kingdom of God Slide 4 Peter's Prison Moment = Picture of salvation in Jesus 1. You have no hope. Imprisoned by sin. 2. God wakes you up to His hope. 3 Jesus' work breaks the stronghold of sin in your life. 4. Jesus' work continues to lead you out of that former life. Slide 5 Soldiers & Herod's Death = Picture of man's judgement for rejecting Jesus 1. You place your hope in a system made by man. The System fails you. 2. You place your hope in your own strength. Your strength fails you. 3. You place your hope in satisfaction from this world. The satisfaction fades. 4. You place your hope in the favorable status of this world. The status fades.
