Isaiah 53 

1. The ways of man have never been the way of God. (vs. 1 &2) 
2. Why? Because the ways of man are evil: rejecting God’s Gift. (Vs. 3&4) 
3. God gave us atonement through the life, death, resurrection, & reign of Jesus (vs 5 -12) 
4. Salvation is ........ 
⁃ Not a certain set of works by man.
⁃ The work of God through Jesus that man places their faith (trust). 
5. Saving faith is not for later. Someone who is truly saved is trusting Jesus for yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
